Pam Domke |
Pam Domke - Licensed Partner - My name is Pam Domke and I am a licensed partner with Team Yaeger 4 Homes. I was born and raised in Bellevue. I am the oldest of six children. My parents owned and operated their own masonry business, which they established shortly after they were married.
After high school, I worked for two local trucking companies totaling 27 years in the business. This is where I received my customer service abilities. However, real estate was always tugging at me, so I went to work for a Title Company for 4 years. This is where I received my education on making sure the clients had clear title and everything that went into the business. There is so much detailed work that happens when you are researching properties. Title work was very exciting to me, but it was selling the homes and helping buyers locate their homes that was still tugging at me. It was at this time I went for my real estate schooling and passed my real estate exam on my first test. Now that is exciting.
I joined Barb Yaeger, Team Yaeger 4 Homes, at Resource One Realty in January 2006. In 2006, I earned my ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and I am presently working on achieving my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. I love the real estate business and have met many great people.
I have been married to my husband Keith for 8 years and we live in Ledgeview. I have two grown children, Andy and Becky, a golden retriever, Benson and a grand puppy named Kobe.
Please give me a call or email me with your housing needs. I am excited to help you in the buying and selling process. You can also contact me for a relocation packet.

Disclosure Laws >Defects Must Be Revealed
Disclosure laws make it important to reveal all material defects when you are selling a home. It is important to be absolutely candid with your agent and all buyers about the condition of the property. If there is anything wrong with the roof, the plumbing, the wiring or structure, it will probably not remain a "sleeping dog". The problem will probably wake up, snarl, growl and snap at your ankles at the precise moment your buyers feel their first stirring of buyers' remorse.
It is unlikely that defects will go undetected, because most buyers get a home inspection before they are contractually obliged to complete the purchase. Even if the problems do not surface before the closing, your liability does not end after the closing for any defects you may have forgotten to report. Buyers almost never accept misrepresentation graciously, but they can usually deal with a house that is short of perfection if they know what they are getting into from the beginning. When selling your home, your real estate agent will provide you with a seller's disclosure form. Protect yourself by clearly describing any material defects prior to the sale.
